The following conditions apply to purchases at Stablebrothers.com:
Right of withdrawal
In the Netherlands, a statutory approval period of 14 working days applies. Within this period you can cancel the order without giving any reason. You can do this in writing (an e-mail message to info@stablebrothers.com is sufficient) or by returning the products. Return the products within the specified period to:

Make sure that the package has sufficient postage to avoid penalty postage. The costs of the return shipment are for the buyer. If the products are damaged or used, you will be charged a legally determined amount. The product must be intact and the packaging must not be damaged. The product must not have been used and must still be salable. The purchase amount will then be credited within 14 days.
Excluded from return
Real estate purchase;
Purchases that are specially made to order;
Purchases that can spoil or age quickly;
Newspapers and magazines;
CDs, videos and CD-ROMs that have been unsealed;
Financial services;
Betting and lotteries;
Accommodation, transport, restaurant reservations and leisure activities if these have been agreed on a specific date or for a specific period;
A service that the seller started with with the consent of the consumer before the cooling-off period has expired.
Realization of the agreement
The maximum delivery time is 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If the delivery time is not feasible, we will inform the consumer in good time and offer the option to dissolve the agreement or to agree a new delivery time. Amounts already paid will be refunded within 30 days upon dissolution.
Prices and price increases
The prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs unless stated otherwise for the product. (For example an action) Price increases are allowed if due to legal provisions. If a company implements a price increase, the seller or user of the conditions must report this to the consumer in a timely manner. The consumer is then entitled to terminate the agreement. An increase in the VAT rate may therefore be implemented. Other price increases must be stated by us and give the consumer the opportunity to dissolve the agreement. Our company must state the increase in writing and then observe a reasonable period (we use 7 days) within which the consumer can dissolve the agreement. In case of price increases that are implemented after the agreement has been concluded, we as an entrepreneur are obliged to deliver at the agreed price.

Warranty provision
The warranty is determined in accordance with applicable law, whereby in case of defects we first exchange or repair the products if desired. If a product cannot be repaired or if the exchanged product is also defective, you can return the products for a full refund. It is also possible that you keep the products and receive a part of the purchase amount back. For information about the manufacturer's warranty, see the product documentation.
