We understand that you would like to receive your order as soon as possible. That is why we do our best to process and ship your order as soon as possible.
Delivery time depends on the shipping address and the shipping method you choose. Usually you will receive your order within 3-5 business days.
Delivery times can sometimes vary due to factors outside of our control, such as delays with the delivery services or unforeseen circumstances. We will always keep you updated on the status of your order so you know when to expect it.

For deliveries up to €175,- ex VAT the shipping costs are €7.49. This applies to shipments within the Netherlands with the exception of the Wadden Islands. For deliveries above €175,- ex VAT no shipping costs are charged. For foreign deliveries we reserve the right to communicate and pass on the shipping costs in line with market rates.
Shipments with different sizes and/or weights do not have a standard rate. The applicable rates will be charged for these.
Unusual sizes will be delivered by a special carrier, the rate for this will be communicated to you in advance.
